About the house:
The usable living space, including the converted basement, is divided into three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-plan living and kitchen area:

Ground floor:
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a guest toilet right next door.
The light-flooded open-plan living and dining area impresses with a ceiling height of over 4 meters and direct access to the balcony in front. The fitted kitchen is included in the price. On two sides, the huge windows offer a magnificent view of the sparkling water and direct access to the garden.
Air conditioning provides refreshment on particularly warm days.

First floor:
On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with air conditioning and several windows. There is plenty of space here for generous wardrobes and practical storage options.
The large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower is right next door and can be accessed through a connecting door.

An important feature!
The marinas are considered movable property. For tax purposes, the house is classified as a boat and is therefore exempt from real estate transfer tax.
This only applies to the land.

The park is enclosed and monitored by video surveillance. Access is possible with personal chip cards.
